Sales Coordinator (Trade Book Publishing)

An illustrated art book publisher in central London is looking for a Sales Coordinator to take on a new role that will work with the UK and Export Sales team.  This position will also provide PA support to the Group Sales Director.  This is an exciting entry-level role that allow you a full exposure to the sales department of this prestigious publisher.

Key duties:

• Liaise closely with export sales representatives and handling orders
• Manage sales materials and sample copies
• Handle export sales enquiries and pre-paid orders
• Manage diary and booking flights for the Group Sales Director
• Organise bi-annual company sales conferences

Experience / skills required:

• Some proven experience working in a publishing environment
• Passion and interest for illustrated art books
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to plan and organise workload effectively
• Resolve issue quickly with an appropriate manner
