Are you a sales assistant or sales executive looking for your next challenge? Then read on! An award-winning Educational publisher based in central London is seeking a highly organised Sales Executive to join their friendly Sales and Publishing team on a 12 month maternity contract.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main remit of the Sales Executive will be to act as the first point of contact for retailers and distributors globally. Other responsibilities of the Sales Executive include: nurturing long-lasting relationships, maximising the profitability of their printed products; providing sales support to the retail network; development and management of the e-commerce site; and building awareness of the company's offer across the retail network.
The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have excellent customer service experience in the book publishing sphere, a proven sales background, strong numeracy skills and be a natural communicator with the ability to prioritise key tasks. An interest in music would be an advantage but is not essential for this role as Sales Executive.
