An innovative and forward-thinking digital Education company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to cover the North of England and develop new business opportunities. This is a remote / field-based Sales role where you will cover the North of England. You therefore will be based ideally in or around Manchester (within 100 miles) e.g. Leeds, Sheffield, York, Liverpool, or thereabouts.
Working closely with other Sales team members, the Sales Executive will be focusing on the schools education sector across the North of England, uncovering leads, speaking with teachers and detecting market needs. As Sales Executive you will be responsible for planning, prospecting and targeting potential customers with a view to building a strong revenue stream. Key responsibilities include:
- New business development in the North of England.
- Hitting personal sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools.
- Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers.
- Arranging and delivering product demos to potential customers.
- Managing opportunities meticulously via a CRM.
- Building rapport with customers and promoting the company brand.
The successful Sales Executive will be a driven and passionate sales professional with a proven track record of success, and who leaves no stone unturned. You will ideally have prior experience of selling to the UK schools market, or related sector. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
