Our client is a leading professional publisher, providing market intelligence across three continents - we are looking for a Sales Executive, reporting into the Director of Sales with responsibility for driving business intelligence subscription sales.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively identifying, targeting and closing suitable prospects for the business. We are looking for someone prepared to imbed themselves within this market, understand the competition, find and develop leads, book meetings and present to key stakeholders and decision makers. The Sales Executive will proactively call and engage incoming leads through website subscribers and email clicks from marketing campaigns; as well as seek out new opportunities through networking.
The successful candidate will have a hunter sales mentality, with a passion for finding, developing and closing deals. Strong communication skills are absolutely essential, with a particular strength in building relationships over the phone. We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate strong sales attributes, superb attention to detail and admin skills, and an ability to learn and understand a complex business intelligence market to provide a consultative, tailored sell.
