A leading trade publisher based in Central London is seeking a Sales Executive to join their Group Sales Team. The role will assist the Head of groups, looking after Group Companies in Australia, India and South Africa along with supporting their client publisher sales.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general sales support and back up / administration.
- Assistance in putting together presentations and sales materials.
- Running sales reports, raising invoices and purchase orders.
- Project management of large orders to ensure time delivery.
- Across the team assisting with costing projects, researching formats and managing in-house samples.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. You will have a strong interest and experience in books Sales and be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail. Good IT skills will also be essential (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Nielson Bookscan would be an advantage. Flexibility and the ability to respond to a variety of ad hoc tasks will be vital to this role.
