A leading independent trade book publishing company is seeking a Sales Administrator / Executive to join the team to provide admin support to overseas distributors and agents.
You’ll provide sales information to the company’s offshore distribution partners; you'll monitor stock levels, co-ordinate sales orders & logistics, input metadata, update book descriptions and handle customer mailings, hence you’ll need to have a very good eye for detail and accuracy.
You’ll also have the opportunity to attend trade fairs and present new book releases to overseas distributors.
This is an entry/junior level post that would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who is able to manage a large and varied workload. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to join a market leader in pop culture and entertainment publishing hence an interest in these genres would be a plus.
The company is based in central London and the role will ultimately be based from the offices.
