Sales Executive (London & Home Counties)

A leading Educational publisher in the UK is seeking an experienced Sales Executive (Learning Consultant) to join their successful Higher Education UK Sales team to be responsible for promoting their print & digital products across London and the home counties. This is a home-based field-sales role. The Sales Executive will be ideally based in or close to either London, or counties near by and easily commutable, such as Berkshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Buckinghamshire or Hampshire.

As part of the Higher Education sales team for the UK, the Sales Executive (Learning Consultant) will be responsible for promoting key products and courseware solutions, in print and digital format to Higher Education institutions and academics throughout the territory with a view to maximising revenue and achieving the agreed sales target. As the Sales Executive for this area you will be responsible for visiting the main Higher Education institutions to promote the products and close sales, focusing on new business opportunities with particular emphasis on direct and institutional sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for arranging, preparing and giving presentations to key faculty decision makers across all levels and departments of the HE institutions.

The Sales Executive will be driven to achieve results with a strong customer focus and have a proven record of sales success ideally within the educational publishing industry (or a relevant sector) and/or of selling digital and print products. You will need to have a full driving license and flexibility to travel. In return our client offers an excellent salary, bonus and benefits package.
