A highly successful trade Publisher of adult's and children's books based in Central London is hiring a Sales Manager within their Christian Imprint! This is a role for a sales professional to sell the company's excellent titles for a great variety of ages and the main go-to person for key trade and non-trade accounts. The role is full-time, permanent and offers hybrid working (2 days a week in the London office).
You will be:
- Managing assigned accounts (wholesalers, bookstores)
- Organising stock and distribution
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Developing sales strategies and new opportunities for trade and non-trade sales
- Compiling sales materials for presentations and keeping metadata updated
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team
- Handling sales budgets
You will be skilled at establishing brilliant customer relationships with strong communicative and interpersonal skills. You will have a good level of experience selling trade titles to customers in the UK markets, including visiting key territories. You will also be able well-versed with sales data and analysis.
