Sales Manager / ELT Educational Consultant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and highly motivated Sales Manager / Educational Consultant to join a leading Educational Publisher as their Export Sales & Business Development Manager for EMEA. Their head office is in Oxford, & they are happy to consider candidates based across the South East of England, and can offer a degree of flexible/remote working.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for promoting the range of both print and digital books to existing customers as well as having responsibility for driving new business opportunities throughout the territory, and offering and delivering professional development, teacher and product training sessions and workshops. This global educational publisher has seen excellent growth in recent years and has ambitious publishing plans for the future.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate significant consultative sales experience in the export, or international schools education market and will play a key role in the identification of new market opportunities, develop strategic relationships with partners and will work closely with local education ministries, sales agents and key distributors. Experience of CPD or teacher training will be a great advantage.
This role will involve a small amount of overseas travel and candidates will need to have a high degree of initiative, excellent organisational skills and first class negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
