Sales Manager - Northern Ireland
We have an excellent, varied new role with a globally leading Audiobook Publisher who is looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales across Northern Ireland and Scotland. The role will manage the accounts and provide sales support to institutional customers (schools) as well as libraries. The role will be a fully remote one and you will need to be based either in Northern Ireland or Scotland, being able to travel to NI territories for regular sales visits.
This position will report to the Commercial Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making regular sales visits to the assigned territories (c. 4 out of 5 days of the week)
- Developing the sales strategy for the publisher's digital and audio products
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets
- Identifying new sales opportunities
You will be an enthusiastic Salesperson with field based experience and with the ability to adapt your sales technique to the customer. You will equally be attuned to the commercial publishing market and is comfortable working with digital/media products. An enthusiasm for publishing and for building warm, credible rapports will also be important.
