A super part-time home based freelance role has come up with our client, an illustrated book publishing company.
As Sales & Marketing Administrator you’ll work around 15 hours across four or five days per week (possibly rising to around 20 hours during peak times) to support the busy and friendly team’s sales and trade marketing activities.
You’ll process sales orders, liaise with the distribution centre over customer requirements, collate new title information, provide sales materials to customers and update bibliographic details about the books.
You’ll also create bespoke designed order forms hence knowledge of the Adobe suite is required.
You’ll need to have had considerable experience working in sales or sales administration in a book publishing company in a similar capacity as we’re looking for someone who’s familiar with the publishing sales admin processes and who can make an immediate impact.
In return, an excellent remuneration and a good deal of flexible working is offered.
