Sales & Marketing Director, 10 month FTC

Our client is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Director for UK and EMEA with experience in Adult non-fiction and children's books as well as an in depth understanding of the UK retail landscape, in particular with Amazon.

This is a maternity cover contract and will be for an initial 10 months starting mid-way through October. They will be recruiting and interviewing for this role over the next few weeks of September.

You will have an excellent leadership quality and have substantial people management skills. You will be able to manage a mature and experienced team as well as coach and develop more junior members of staff.

There is a lot of proactive relationship management required in this role for both your clients (international publishers) and also internally as the role will report into the US. Though there is not travel involved so you would need to be office based, in London, 5 days a week.
