Sales Operations Executive
An independent trade book publisher in London is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their friendly team. You will have excellent organisation skills with experience in managing stock and providing sales support to the team. This role suits a candidate who has some publishing experience and is number-savvy.
Sales Operations Executive Key duties:
- Generate and analyse sales and inventory reports
- Monitor stock level of front and backlist titles
- Provide sales support and manage relationship with overseas distributors
- Manage reprints in a timely and cost-effective manor
- Work closely with the sales and production department
Sales Operations Executive Experience / skills required:
- Excellent work knowledge of Excel
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the UK publishing market
- Ability to work across departments and build good work relationship
- An understanding of the book production process will be advantageous
