Sales Operations Manager

A leading arts education company at the forefront of EdTech has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager, based in their central London office.

The Sales Operations Manager will work side by side with the Head of Sales to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the growing sales team, driving efficiency and effectiveness for a highly active and energised team. The main responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager include:
 

  • Ownership of sales knowledge base: defining and refining the sales process to improve conversions and shorten sales cycle;
     

  • Analysis and management of sales data;
     

  • Partnering with marketing to enable sales & retention efficiency & fluidity between functions;
     

  • CRM effectiveness: ensuring Hubspot is optimised to aid selling efficiency, & the scoping and implementation of other sales systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness;
     

  • Analysis of revenue and retention performance to develop insight and propose territory strategy, globally;
     

  • Management of new business territory.
     

The Sales Operations Manager will have extensive new business sales and sales training experience, and ideally an understanding of SAAS subscriptions sales, as well as a background in the Higher Education / Academic, or Education sectors. Along with excellent people management, negotiation and relationship building skills, it's also imperative the Sales Operations Manager has prior experience of Hubspot as a CRM, exceptional Excel skills and is able to prioritise, and is confident working autonomously. The successful Sales Operations Manager will be required to travel both within the UK and internationally.
