We have a lovely, varied sales and marketing administrative role working for an interesting publishing organisation based in the Cambridge area. This highly sought after support role will be responsible for providing analysis, reporting, customer service, contract & licensing activities, plus administration within the busy sales department. You will be the first point of contact for many of the company’s customers and also responsible for liaising with colleagues across various departments and managing the company’s customer data.
Other responsibilities will include liaising with colleagues in the wider sales team, accounts and marketing teams, therefore you will need to be a team-player, confident in your own ability and able to meet deadlines during busy periods. You will also organise any travel related duties and become involved with subscriptions and payments of permissions.
This is a full-time permanent position and the company are offering a hybrid working arrangement once they are back in an office environment again.
The successful person will ideally have similar experience within a busy office environment. A knowledge of contracts and licenses would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given. You will have solid administration, communication and organisation skills and excellent MS Office skills. A high level of accuracy is essential as is the ability to prioritise a busy workload and the ability to work well in a team.
