Are you a strong administrator who is able to provide excellent customer care? We have an exciting new role within the Academic division of a world-leading publishing company in Hampshire. Their European Sales team are now looking to hire a Sales Support Executive to provide administrative support to their Field Sales agents.
- Updating the company's CRM system to ensure new client information and orders are entered and processed accurately
- Handling sales enquiries and liaising with the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services to ensure renewals are processed correctly
- Helping set up product trials for prospect customers
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong admin skills, good knowledge of Excel and really good organisational skills. Experience in a sales operations or support role will be beneficial, together with a background in customer service. Though not essential, knowledge or an interest in the publishing sector will be an advantage, as well as fluency in another European language.
