Sales Training Specialist
One of our Academic clients is looking for a strong communicator with great presentation skills to join their team as a Sales Training Specialist, and develop the internal training programme for their Library Sales team.
This role can be home-based, with 1 day a week in the London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Putting together and delivering internal training to the Sales team to improve product knowledge and providing mark insights
- Identifying individual training needs to develop tailored training sessions for different members of the team
- Evaluating team performance and providing regular updates on team training progress
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and communicating new developments and features to the team, updating training materials if necessary
This role will suit someone with great delivery skills, and the ability to explain concepts to different audiences with different leaning styles. You would ideally have some experience in putting together and delivering training sessions, and have an interest in the publishing and academic library environments.
