Scientific Copy-Editor

There is a great new opportunity with a prestigious scientific publisher based in London, looking to add a Scientific Copy-Editor to their team! This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in their London office.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the first rounds of editing and copy-editing of scientific manuscripts, which will include proofreading, fact-checking as well as interfacing with authors and editors. Candidates will need to be familiar with scientific terminology, therefore a background in biological sciences is a must.

You will ideally have some proofreading or copy-editing experience, though training on this and on editorial and production processes will be provided.
