Our client, a prestigious Trade and Academic publisher based in Central London, is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will engage with their clients, business teams, and vendor stakeholders to assess, define, and validate project requirements within their PMO project delivery framework. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including overseeing and supporting testing efforts, documenting project insights, streamlining internal processes, and providing guidance for the implementation of best practices.

This entails leading requirement workshops, documenting workflows, crafting test scripts/scenarios, and managing the testing process. Proficiency in JIRA is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms, and to adeptly manage stakeholder relationships.
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the visibility of the business analysis function and services within the entire organisation. You will provide coaching and mentorship across all projects, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to their business analysis processes and use of technology.
