Our client, a leading children’s trade book publisher seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to lead on children’s book publishing marketing campaign activities.
This is in our view, a super marketing role offering a wide remit to work both strategically and hands-on marketing print & digital books and the opportunity to work with some of the leading and high profile children’s brands and authors across a range of picture books, non-fiction and YA fiction.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your main role is to create and implement strategic marketing plans around selective new and existing book products, and to present them to authors, agents as well as internally. There could be genuine career advancement for the right individual who performs well and delivers in this role.
We are looking for great marketing candidates with at least 18 months of books marketing experience working within a book publishing environment in books or brands, ideally working across both digital & print book products. Of course, you’ll need a passion for working within children's book publishing.
There is a very attractive salary range for this London based post, depending on the level of experience you would bring to the role.
