Senior Marketing Manager, ELT
Do you want to work for a major player in the ELT publishing sphere in a role where you can use your marketing experience in a key role? Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their ELT Assessment team to support the marketing on a brand new product. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a prestigious publisher in Oxford and would suit someone with experience in marketing ELT products and line management experience.
Key duties:
- Define and implement an ongoing customer value proposition for the portfolio, working with the wider team to ensure it aligns with the wider positioning and strategy
- Define the strategy for the portfolio and work to clear and defined objectives
- Coordinate all marketing activities
- Work closely with the sales teams to drive marketing output and to train them in selling the products
- Coordinate and carry out market research and report back to the business to inform future strategy
- Manage marketing budget
Experience / skills required:
- ELT Marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of managing a varied workload and marketing for various products
- Knowledge of the assessment market preferable
- Excellent leadership skills to coordinate a project team and encourage collaborative working
