Online Projects Coordinator (Academic Publishing)

Exciting position for a project coordinator with academic publishing experience. To manage key projects and tasks in support of the global journals platform. Facilitation of global journal platform launches, scheduling and communication to ensure timely platform availability. Oversight of the PubMed Central (PMC) workflow managed by India-based support team. Management of invoicing for content conversion. Management of other journal specific projects for the team, including acquisition projects

• Experience an academic publishing environment
• Familiarity with XML
• Excel skills are preferred
• Ability to check data with good attention to detail
