Senior Publishing Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a prestigious medical professional body in their Central London offices. They are looking for a Senior Publishing Coordinator to come on board and play a central part in shaping changes within the publications department. This is an exciting time to join them and you will working closely with the Head of Publishing to ensure the highest level of service for authors, editors and reviewers.

In this role you will:

• Research and write reports on trends and issues for the department
• Manage meetings; preparing agendas, writing minutes, following up on action points
• Manage the website
• Create and implement efficient administrative processes within publishing
   
  The successful candidate will be experienced in administering meetings, have excellent administration skills and a strong style of communication. You will be liaising with a wide variety of internal and external contacts. You will be adept at MS office programmes.
