Our esteemed client, a renowned publisher specialising in comic magazines and books, headquartered in Oxford, is in search of an ambitious and precision-driven Senior Manager for Marketing and Sales. This role is required to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months and offers the opportunity to become a part of their dynamic and thrilling team. They are seeking an individual with a talent for crafting robust marketing and sales strategies to facilitate the expansion of their online sales and subscriber base. In your capacity as the Senior Marketing and Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the development, implementation, and supervision of marketing and sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining subscribers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the brand identity and promoting the e-commerce store along with other products and services.
Your tasks will encompass the creation of a marketing budget, the production of marketing materials, and the continuous monitoring of sales performance. The core focus will be on identifying the client's business objectives and needs, which will serve as the foundation for crafting innovative and multifaceted marketing and sales campaigns.
For this role, our client is seeking an individual with prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the publishing industry.
