Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Our client, a prestigious comic magazine and book publisher based in Oxford, is looking for an ambitious and highly focused Senior Marketing and Sales Manager to join their dynamic and exciting team. They are looking for someone with a mind for building strong marketing and sales strategies to help them grow their online sales and subscribers. The role is offering flexible hybrid/remote working and is a full-time, permanent role.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing and sales strategies to acquire and retain subscribers, develop their brand and promote their ecommerce shop and other products and services.
You will also be developing a marketing budget, creating marketing materials and monitoring sales performance. You will focus on identifying the client's business needs and objectives to develop innovative and diverse marketing and sales campaigns.
For this role, the client is looking for someone with experience in sales and marketing roles ideally in publishing. You will know how to manage and create engaging and informative marketing materials. You will be familiar with subscriptions and ecommerce and you will have strong written and interpersonal communication skill. You will have excellent strategic campaign planning skills with an analytical mind. An organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach will be key for this role.
