Senior Sales Executive

We are working with a leading, international publisher of highly illustrated non-fiction books for adults and children, to find a passionate, engaged Senior Sales Executive. You will work closely with internal Sales, Marketing and Publishing teams, as well as external distributors and rep teams. You will engage directly with booksellers, building brand awareness, and growing brand presence across the trade. You will be key in supporting the Sales team to help find growth. The role would be full-time, permanent and offers some hybrid working options (2-3 days in their London office).

Your responsibilities will be varied and include:

• Working closely with Sales distributors and Rep teams globally
• Trade outreach - exploring opportunities to present titles to new markets
• Creating and distributing Sales materials
• Creating Sales presentations for conferences and fairs, and attending trade facing events
• Managing Sales administration and making sure metadata is logged correctly
• Identifying digital sales opportunities

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within trade publishing and being commercially aware of the market. You will have a passion for learning and be skilled at managing multiple tasks and adapting to various deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, being a collaborative team player as well as independent worker and a great attention to detail will also be key characteristics for this exciting role.
