SEO Manager

Our client is a highly successful and trustworthy research investment firm for individual consumers looking to manage their own wealth and investments. They are now looking to hire an SEO Manager, ideally with a background in finance or investment research, to join their wider marketing team in the London Office.

This is a brand new role which gives you the opportunity to set up the SEO function and strategy from scratch. We are looking for someone to come in a perform an audit on the current content, create a strategy and then implement this. You will be the Expert in SEO across the organisation and will create a Content Calender to optimize content opportunities across the year. You will bring experience of working with freelance content creators and ideally a network of them that you can reach out to when needed. You will be obsessed with staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest digital content trends and be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of SEO.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in SEO and/or other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, campaign management, etc)

• Be collaborative and able to work with a variety of teams
• Have good knowledge of SEO tools and CMS systems such as WordPress
• Be eager to learn and stay ahead of the curve
• Able to show examples of SEO success in previous roles
• Great at communicating ideas (both in meetings and "on paper")
• Have strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate good technical and analytical skills
