You will also be involved in a variety of finance projects aimed at improving our efficiency and the quality of service provided to the broader business.

Your Role:

You will assist the Financial Controller with design and implementation of improvements to processes and controls.

The role includes working with staff from across the business to improve process compliance, share best practice and explain often complex financial matters to non-finance staff.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain managerial experience as while it does not initially have line manager responsibilities, you would be helping to oversee and support junior members of the finance team and be expected to progress into a managerial role in time.
