The Stage Media Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy for its products and services including The Stage Jobs, Jobs in Books, Get Into Theatre, online directories, and advertising support.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a marketing environment, preferably with recruitment websites or supporting commercial teams. They will have a clear understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities faced in the arts and culture sector.

The candidate will have line management experience and demonstrable evidence of their successful campaigns and use of marketing measurement tools. They will think creatively, be unflappable when facing deadlines, dive into data, discover opportunities, tackle problems, and work closely with the team to develop highly-optimised campaigns.
