Store Manager

Are you an enthusiastic bookseller looking for the next challenge? Or an excellent communicator with a customer-service led background?

Our client, an independent lifestyle, health and culture publisher with a growing list of products and international offices have a unique opportunity for a Store Manager. This position will be managing a small team of customer assistants in their vibrant bookshop.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

·Being the point of contact for customers and dealing with booking enquiries
·Processing sales
·Managing a small customer service team
·Looking after window display and changing it according to monthly themes
·Arranging promotional events in the store
·Being responsible for occasional pop-up shops at off site events
·Managing stocks and re-orders as necessary

The successful candidate will be professional and approachable, and keen to interact with customers in person and over the phone. You will possess good organisational and problem solving skills, and be confident in your administrative abilities. This role would suit someone who is currently in Customer Service/Bookselling role looking for a new challenge in a friendly and passionate team.
