A leading Educational publisher is looking to appoint an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join the Higher Education marketing team. This is a parental leave contract lasting 9-12 months, based remotely initially due to Covid, and later in our client's Hampshire office. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product marketing strategies and campaign plans for a portfolio of high profile print and digital products and services across the EMEA region.
Aside from prior experience of devising, planning and implementing strategic marketing plans for a product portfolio, to be successful in this role, the Marketing Manager will ideally have worked in the educational publishing industry or business information sector. You will have a good understanding of sales drivers, product positioning, and pricing strategies. The ideal Strategic Marketing Manager will have excellent presentation and copy-writing skills along side strong communication. Additionally, you will be goal-orientated and highly motivated.
