Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are working on a fantastic Strategic Partnership Manager position with a prestigious global scientific publisher looking for someone to manage accounts and tailor solutions for their institutional partners in Europe. The role will cover covering custom publishing and content marketing in relation to a range of different products in their portfolio across a variety of different media and platforms. This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days required in the London Office.

You will be building and maintaining relationships with senior level officials at academic and governmental institutions and putting together solutions based on individual needs. Looking at both long term and short term financial goals, you'll also have a hand in the strategic territory development plan. We're looking to see candidates who have commercial experience in a B2B environment, or sales/account management experience, working with academic, not-for-profit or governmental institutions for digital and offline products.

The successful candidate will be someone with strong influencing skills, and experience of consultative sales. CRM experience is a must, as is an understanding of the STM publishing process and the decision making processes in place at academic institutions.
