Studio coordinator

Are you passionate about art and design, with a flair for organisation and a love for supporting creative projects? Our client, a prestigious publisher of beautifully crafted books, is looking for a dedicated Studio Coordinator to join their dynamic publishing studio. In this hybrid working role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, working closely with the publishing team on various tasks that support the creation of high-quality publications.

In this role, you will also collaborate with the Non-Fiction Publisher on image ordering and permissions clearance, ensuring that all researched images meet the necessary quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a range of administrative duties.
  • Liaising with artists and managing art submissions.
  • Coordinating PR opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all invoices and contracts are handled efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in an administrative or coordinator position, ideally within publishing or a creative industry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) are essential. If you are an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact within a leading publisher.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
