A well-known publishing and events organization is looking to hire an experienced Subscriptions Marketing Manager to cover the subscriptions marketing of leading brands within their high-profile portfolio of magazines. This portfolio is a mixture of paid subscriptions and free controlled circulation. You will have the opportunity to create award-winning campaigns to drive growth in subscriber/reader numbers, secure greater market share, drive online engagement and increase the renewal rates for individual and corporate customers.
This role will develop partnerships and enhance the quality and breadth of their subscriber database, whilst working across a varied and exciting product portfolio. You will manage a diverse workload and develop and execute creative marketing plans/campaigns for each brand, as well as manage marketing budgets and manage the circulation audit process. You will also have the opportunity to attend and provide support at events.
This is a broad and interesting subscriptions marketing role, where you will have the opportunity to develop within the team and grow the role. The successful person will have demonstrable experience in subscriptions marketing, ideally in publishing or a similar environment, e.g., membership organization. You will have great copywriting skills and experience of managing budgets. Solid knowledge of MS Office packages is essential as is the ability to work to tight deadlines.
