Talent Agent
A bespoke Talent Management and Literary Agency, specialising in publishing, brands and events, is looking to recruit a Talent Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. This fantastic role is looking for a Creative agent who has the ability to build long-lasting relationships, provide support and help their clients reach their goals.
Key responsibilities will include
- Developing relationships across partners such as, advertising, agencies, publishing and licensing.
- Finding and signing emerging talent
- Building and managing bookings for clients
- Building profiles and media brands; developing and executing fully integrated communications strategies
- Coordinating and managing events and programmes
- Organising diary and travel arrangements
- Fee negotiation and contracts for commercial deals
The successful candidate will have solid experience in a publicity role within book publishing, talent management or the entertainment industry. You will have strong UK media contacts and be connected to various Literature networks. With a creative mind, the ideal candidate will be an expert at building and maintaining contacts within the media and will have a proven track record in talent managing or PR.
