Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a global publishing services company based in Oxford. The Account Manager sits between the technical team and the client services teams, working to ensure client satisfaction and customer success. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in computer science or working with technology, looking to work in a problem solving client facing role.
Key duties:
- Establish an excellent relationship with new and existing customers and advise them on how to maximize their investment in the services provided
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of said services and utilise that knowledge to help them get the most out of their investment
- Work with solution architects and project managers to achieve the successful launch and operation of digital services and the implementation of new features
- Regularly evaluate levels of customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement and address potential concerns
- Deliver product training for new and existing customers
Experience / skills required:
- Strong technical/analytical skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical and diagnostic abilities
- History of building and owning relationships with stakeholders
- Willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS essential
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a major advantage
- Ability to learn new products and technology quickly is essential
