Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a global publishing services company based in Oxford. The Account Manager sits between the technical team and the client services teams, working to ensure client satisfaction and customer success.  This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in computer science or working with technology, looking to work in a problem solving client facing role.

Key duties:

  • Establish an excellent relationship with new and existing customers and advise them on how to maximize their investment in the services provided
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of said services and utilise that knowledge to help them get the most out of their investment
  • Work with solution architects and project managers to achieve the successful launch and operation of digital services and the implementation of new features
  • Regularly evaluate levels of customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement and address potential concerns
  • Deliver product training for new and existing customers

Experience / skills required:

  • Strong technical/analytical skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical and diagnostic abilities
  • History of building and owning relationships with stakeholders
  • Willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS essential
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a major advantage
  • Ability to learn new products and technology quickly is essential
