Technical Product Manager

Our client is a leading software as a service provider to the publishing industry and they are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join their offices in Oxfordshire.

The purpose of this role will be to build products that customers love and if you have this customer-centric attitude and technical mind-set, then we would love to hear from you! You will be identifying and filling product gaps, generating new ideas that grow market share and improving customer service as part of a dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing product positioning strategies
- Translating product strategies into technical requirements
- Scoping activities based on business and customer needs
- Driving product launches including working with the marketing team

Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at client visits, you will ensure customer satisfaction through technical knowledge, product development experience and excellent communication skills.
