We are currently looking for a temporary administrator who has worked within a publishing Editorial team and has working knowledge of Biblio. Our client a well-known publisher, based in central London is looking for an Editorial Co-ordinator who is immediately available. The role offers a hybrid working pattern (2 days a week in London office) and will be for c. 4 weeks.
The role will be to cover general admin duties such as diary management, arranging travel, taking minutes, emailing, post duties, invoicing, scanning and filing. The right person should be well organised with great attention to detail as some data input may be necessary using Biblio. The role will also involve some editorial duties, such as assisting editors within fiction and Non-fiction reprints, proof mail outs, chasing permissions and communications across the different teams, agents and authors.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:-
- Organised, confident and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Some office experience desirable
