Temp Marketing Executive

We have an urgent temporary Marketing Executive role to join a global provider of professional publications for a 6 month period starting ASAP. This role will increase sales and revenue for products through effective end-to-end targeted marketing and to provide support to the marketing team in executing, measuring, and delivering marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, execute and deliver campaigns using the full marketing mix including digital marketing (push/pull activities), content marketing, direct mail, press, PR, advertising, exhibitions, web support, PPC campaigns, social media paid and organic - especially tagging and meta-tagging of content to ensure tracking of the campaigns

• Use the relevant marketing tools e.g. Pardot (email marketing system), EpiServer, Shopify and Contentful (web content management system); marketing automation, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook & Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads, Twitter and Twitter Ads and other ad hoc marketing tools and systems to plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities especially lead generation and, lead qualification activities.

• Evaluate, measure and analyse marketing campaigns using web analytics and offline measurements.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Digital Marketing role, with experience using the full marketing mix to execute, deliver and analyse marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive will be proactive and results orientated with excellent communication skills. Experience of Search Engine Marketing (Organic and Paid), Social Media Marketing and Web and Email marketing is essential alongside a basic knowledge of CMS and CRM systems. Any experience using Shopify and Contentful would be an advantage.
