Temp Production Controller

Our client, a large and well respected professional publisher, based in West London and publishing leading-edge reports supporting the needs of UK business, is seeking to appoint a Production Controller to join the busy production team.
The role will require monitoring and updating the pre-press schedule, controlling the quality of input and output data, proofreading and correcting files where necessary. The successful candidate must have proven Production/Editorial experience, with XML, strong proof reading skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have good planning, prioritisation and organisation skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will need a good knowledge of production procedures. You will be a good team player with strong interpersonal/ influencing skills. This is a great role for a Production Assistant looking for a step-up or an experienced Production professional looking for a change in a unique and key role in the content delivery process.
