Temp Sales Operations Assistant

We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for a motivated individual to join our clients dynamic team during a pivotal transition period. In this hybrid role, you will be providing essential support to the wider Sales Operations team, helping ensure smooth operations across various departments such as Editorial, Production, Sales, and Marketing. You'll be responsible for raising print instructions, running key business reports, and maintaining critical data records. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient workflows, including coordinating with production on reprints and liaising with colleagues in the US and Australia to manage stock availability.

Main Responsibilities :-

* Strong Excel skills (Power Query, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

* Exceptional organisational abilities and task prioritisation

* Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

* Numerical proficiency

* Flexibility and adaptability

* Experience with Biblio, Vista, and Cognos (advantageous but not essential)
