Our client is a leading provider of bespoke professional development courses and events for Lawyers based in stunning offices in the City of London. We are currently looking to recruit an On-Site Temporary Telesales Assistant for 3 months, responsible for selling on-site, bespoke training to law firms, corporate businesses and local government.
This role is largely focused on identifying opportunities for new business from existing and new clients, cold calls and building really good relationships with clients, along with delivering an excellent level of service.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Liaising with law firms, corporate businesses and government to generate on-site training business
-To make high volume of outbound sales call daily to generate new business
-Build strong relationships internally with the Account Manager to maximise sales
-Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
-Report client feedback and sales activity to the Head of Sales & Marketing internally
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, Sales orientated, customer focused candidate looking for a challenge. The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B telesales experience, alongside strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients. Any experience in the legal sector and experience of selling training products and events would be an advantage.
