We're working on a brilliant Temporary Customer Service Executive position with a prestigious academic publisher. They're looking to take someone on for an initial 3 months with the likelihood of this being extended to 6 months, or even made permanent, should you impress!
Based 2 days a week in their Abingdon office, the successful candidate will be handling all inbound queries from individual customers as well as institutions, utilising excellent problem solving skills on the spot or escalating to other departments when required. This will largely be email based, and will need someone who is incredibly proactive. It'll suit someone looking to gain more insight into the publishing industry in general - especially if academic publishing is an area of interest.
