Temporary Events Assistant (part-time)

Inspired Temps are looking for a Temporary Events Assistant, for a leading global publisher based in Oxford, starting asap to work 4 days a week, 4 hours per day, until the end of March 2023. This role offers remote working.

This role will be support the Events team with administrative duties related to teacher training webinars, such as sending follow up communications to attendees; tidying and storing data and events material; keeping the website updated; and they also require assistance rebranding a lot of material, along with general data administration for their annual awards campaign.

Excellent administrative and organisation skills are key, as is a meticulous attention to detail and the confidence to ask questions when needed as well as to use your own initiative. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, and customer service experience is desirable.
