An amazing TEMP opportunity for a TEMP HR Manager has become available with our client based in Central London.
Team Temps are looking for a HR Manager, who is available immediately and can commit to 3 months.
The requirements for this role are someone who is registered with the CIPD and has experience managing employee relations. You will need to be up to date with the latest employment legislation and be able to co-ordinate and design a range of learning activities as well as strategies and processes. If you feel you could lead on the induction process then this role is for you.
The successful candidate will also be asked to assist in annual performance management, recognition and awards scheme and to bring all procedure, policies, equality and diversity principles in line with college values.
