Inspired Temps are looking for a Temporary Part-time Call Centre Executive, for our client, a professional institute based in London, starting as soon as possible until the end of January.
This role will be responding to incoming phone calls from institute members and clients, taking sales orders, answering queries and addressing complaints, along with providing information on products and services. There will also be outbound calls regarding membership, and email communication.
This role requires experience working in a call centre, great customer service/telephone skills and competency on Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
