Temporary Production Assistant

Inspired Temps are looking for a Temporary Production Assistant to work within the Production team at a leading Academic publisher in Oxford. This is to start in February for around 6 months, on a full time basis.

The role will include data entry on Excel, amending incorrect data and running reports, along with checking and scanning files. The data and files will need to be communicated to the team and suppliers, and there will be general administrative support to the team.

This requires proven administration skills, data entry experience, confidence on Excel and Word, team working ability and experience working in customer service. Production experience within publishing would also be beneficial, ideally having previously used Biblio also.
