Temporary Publicity Assistant

Our client an award winning PR agency is currently looking for a TEMP Publicity Assistant to work within children's, Adults and YA fiction.
If you are available immediately and have Publicity experience then team temps would love to hear from you.

You will be Reporting to the Head of PR, and will be responsible for planning, implementing campaigns across a portfolio of fiction books. Key responsibilities include:

·Create coverage reports and presentations
·Deliver excellent PR to authors and agents
·Organise Awards submissions
·Be responsible for events, which can include booking catering, travel and accommodation, creating show-cards and other event materials and props

You will have exceptional interpersonal, organisational and author care standards and excellent media contacts. You will be a creative individual with a flair for writing copy, pitching and the proven ability to achieve high-profile coverage.

If you are someone who has a knowledge of maintaining and nurturing relationships with a broad range of media contacts, writing press releases, working with authors and agents, overseeing and maintaining relationships, working on an events calendar as well as working closely with a marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing & PR campaigns then we would love to hear from you!
