We have a new temporary opportunity for a Tech. Support Administrator (part-time) to join a leading international educational publisher. The role is for an initial period from mid-August to mid-October, and part-time for 17.5 hours per week (9am-12:30pm), it is to be office based at our client's headquarters in Andover.
The Temporary Tech. Support Administrator will provide additional support to the ELT (English Language Teaching) Marketing department to assist them during their peak period. Responsibilities will include (amongst others):
- Responsible for supporting the Sales Team with onboarding requests
- Supporting Customer Service
- Supporting the Technical Support Manager with ad-hoc requests
- Escalating more complex technical problems/issues as necessary
The successful candidate will have some experience in a customer / sales support role (ideally technical support), along with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
