Triglyph Books is a publishing house focusing on high-end illustrated books. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager to join us. You will be a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business operational tasks and take appropriate action
- Implement changes with a focus on growth
- Provide full support to both company directors
- Meeting directors on a regular basis to review ongoing tasks and time commitments
- Directors inbox and diary management
- Prepare information for meetings such as agenda, copies of minutes, reports etc
- Allocate diary time for meeting preparation
- Organise travel for business trips and meetings incl call sheets
- Schedule the weekly editorial and production team meetings, distributing minutes and other relevant information
- Ensure project spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Office management eg: ordering office supplies, liaising with cleaners
Skills and Experience:
- Highly experienced EA proactively managing directors
- Proficient in Mac iWork Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, Google spreadsheets
- Project management, minute taking and proofreading experience required
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
